Established in 2020, Focus and Effort for National Affairs (FENA) is a registered non-profit charity organization dedicated to fostering peace, democracy, and human rights in Ethiopia. Our mission is to empower marginalized groups, including women, youth, the elderly, people with disabilities, and orphans, by providing essential support and raising awareness about crucial societal issues.

Our Goals
Empower Marginalized Groups: Equip women, youth, elders, people with disabilities, and orphans with social, economic, and political resources. Support and Care: Provide care and support for vulnerable populations including orphans, people with disabilities, and the elderly. Promote Civic Education: Educate citizens and stakeholders on civic rights, elections, human rights, and democracy.
Our Impact
Transforming Lives Through Action Psycho-social Support: Delivered counseling and therapy to 178 orphans and their families. Awareness Campaigns: Educated 294 participants on child trafficking, labor, and sexual exploitation. Educational Support: Provided educational materials to 390 children and organized tutorials and summer courses for 50 children. Health Services: Facilitated health treatments for 62 children and health awareness training for at-risk families. Empowerment Programs: Trained 120 women in entrepreneurship, established 5 self-help groups, and provided 70 women with interest-free loans. Vocational Training: Created job opportunities for 13 street youths through vocational skill training. Essential Support: Distributed clothing, nutritional aid, and sanitation materials to vulnerable children and families.
